Bonham High School Volley Ball Team Receives 2010 AVCA Team Academic AwardBonham ISD - 07/29/10The Bonham High School Volley Ball Team received one of the highest honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association this last week for their acheivements in the classroom. The team was recognized with the AVCA Team Academic Award. Coach Jim Wood was very proud of their accomplishment and stated that it is the first Academic Team he's had, and was very honored to have coached these fine young girls last year.

BONHAM HIGH SCHOOL NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT, SCHEDULE CHANGES AND SCHEDULE PICK-UP DAYSBonham ISD - 07/28/10New Students to the district who need to enroll at Bonham High School for the 2010-2011 school year need to call Bonham High School at 903-583-5567 beginning on August 2 to set an enrollment appointment with their school counselor. Students with last names beginning with A-L, please call Mr. Tracy Wooten and students with last names beginning with M-Z, please call Ms. Cathie Ary. All new students will need a current copy of their shot record to enroll.
In addition, any pre-enrolled students who desire to make a schedule change to enroll in a different course please contact their respective school counselor beginning on Aug. 2 to request the change. Changes will be permitted unless class size limits are exceeded. Also, each student who has a scheduling conflict in the courses they selected will be contacted by their school counselor beginning on August 2 to resolve the conflict.
Bonham High School schedule pick-up day will be on Tuesday, August 10 for all students in the high school cafeteria. Bonham High School parking permits may be purchased for $5.00 beginning August 10 and during the school year as needed. Students will need to show insurance verification and a driver's license in order to purchase a parking permit. Dual Credit Deadline for Bonham High SchoolBonham ISD - 07/28/10Bonham High School students, it is nearly time for school to start back, and those of you that are taking dual credit classes need to have your classes paid for by the 19th of August. All classes, including dual credit classes shall begin on August 23, 2010. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Ary or Mr. Wooten at the high school.

Bonham ISD Now on FacebookBonham ISD - 07/27/10On Monday, July 26th Superintendent Sonny Cruse announced to the BISD Board of Trustees that the district has created a facebook page.
